Specialty:
I work one-on-one with executives, managers, other coaches, athletes, entrepreneurs and students to create the life that makes them want to jump out of bed in the morning. I focus primarily on clients in career transition, athletes and corporate/executive coaching. I also conduct workshops and motivational presentations.
Personal: At 36, I am very happily married to an awesome guy, Jim, and I am the proud mom of the most amazing 2 year old - Jake. When I'm not at the park or with a coaching client, you can find me skiing at Whistler, running on the trails on the north shore, or on the back of some horse. I just completed my second half-marathon (despite a bad cold).

Favorite Place - My mom's little cottage on the shores of Georgian Bay in the small town of Thornbury, Ontario
Favorite Activity - Good question. Absolute tie between skiing in thigh-deep powder on a sunny day at Whistler (rare!!) with some close friends or going over a jump on horse back. Both exhilarating and the stuff that feeds my soul. Oh yea, and snuggling under the covers with Jake and reading Curious George ... again!
Favorite Book - So many to choose from. I love great fiction. Favorite authors are John Irving, Leon Uris and Steinbeck. Best book I've read lately was The Red Tent by Anita Diamant.
Favorite Meal - A traditional Polish Christmas Eve dinner with 12 courses (some great and some not so good!).

Susie Biro, Bpsy, CPCC

Specialty:
The psychology of human motivation, the creation of peak performance, and the study and application of effective leadership. I have made it my job to study "success" and help people achieve their goals and dreams by using their mind more effectively and applying key universal truths. I work corporately with CEO's and executives and privately with people of all ages and backgrounds.
Personal:
I am a big believer in the important role exercise plays in achieving optimal mental health and the significant impact it has on every other area of our lives. I love to hike, swim, workout, and run, and recently completed my first half-marathon. Even more, I love reading and being able to immediately apply my learning to my own life as well as sharing it with others. Most of all, I LOVE spending time with my boyfriend Chris, my family and close friends, and my incredible dog, Budget.

Specialty:
I work with executives and human resource professionals to help them be more powerful catalysts in leading change inside organizations.  I also work with career changers to step into the vocation they love, and individuals to learn and develop health and wellness practices which bring more vitality to daily life.  
Personal:
At 41, Lynn is happily married and loves interacting with two teenage boys and a girl that she acquired through marriage.  She enjoys being out in nature and walking the nature trails near her house.

Specialty: I work with individuals who are looking at their personal and professional leadership style.  Essentially increasing self awareness of what works for you, and what you can do more of to get the results you most desire in your life and career. I also lead leadership trainings, using an experiential approach in which participants are involved in hands on learning using horses.
Personal: I am 42 year old married, mother of 3 teenage girls.  I live on a small hobby farm complete with 3 horses and assorted other animals.

Personal: I feel my greatest accomplishment in life is to have raised two strong, caring, and productive daughters to independent adulthood.  I live at the edge of the forest, in conscious, committed relationship with my partner of 7 years, where I love to watch birds through the window with my spoiled ginger cat.

Specialty:
I work with big thinking professionals, business owners, leaders and decision-makers committed to making their lives work better by enhancing their peak performance, accessing more of their personal power, and maximizing their impact in relationships.  The result is clients create lives they love to lead.
Personal:
Joni loves her vibrant life with her young daughter and son.  Surrounded by a strong network of family and friends, she is active in her and her children’s communities.  She serves on the Leadership team of the ICF Vancouver Chapter, is a board member of CAPS and is a Director of the Women’s Enterprise Society of B.C.  She is recognized as one of Canada’s pioneering Asian-Canadian women.

  35 years of business experience, 16 years as company President, 30 years of service as director on 5 different boards, president for 3 of those boards

I work with executives, managers, entrepreneurs, and professionals on challenges that might include workplace relationships, communication, employee retention, productivity, reducing stress and work/life balance.  When clients gain clarity around their values, recognize choices, and commit to take action, successful careers and fulfilling lives result.
Personal:
Ron is celebrating several milestones this year.  Thirty years of marriage, one son graduating college, and the other graduating high school.  Hobbies include working out and skiing, but golf is a passion.  At age 57, Ron is trying to lower his 4 handicap and now that he qualifies for Senior events he hopes to make the cut in some statewide tournaments.

I have 20+ years business experience in communications during which time I have been a sales representative and sales manager, an executive editor, an entrepreneur, an author, and a documentary film maker.  I have taught business communications as an adjunct professor at two state universities.
Specialty:
I coach one-on-one with individuals, entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals who want to make the most of their lives.  As a coach, I help these people get clear on what they want and then get it.  I feel privileged to support and encourage them to be the best they can be.
Personal:
 I am from Needham, Massachusetts and have lived in New York, England, Texas, California, and now in Sedona, Arizona.  My husband, Paul, and I have raised a son, who lives in New York City.  We have 4 Humane Society dogs.  I live a full life—coaching, hiking, going to movies and film festivals, filming a documentary about life in Sedona, co-authoring a textbook, and serving a four-year term on Sedona’s City Council.

Specialty:
I help individuals and organizations realize their leadership potential. I work with individuals at all levels of organizations from recently promoted supervisors to CEOs to help them align their personal knowledge and vision of leadership with the realities of life and work. I also work with women from all walks of life to help them achieve a great work/life/career balance.
Personal:
I’m married with two young daughters. And life for me is, as it is for many of us, quite a juggling act. Between working and raising my children, running the local Beaver Colony, skiing, boating, exploring back roads, and kayaking there barely seems a quiet moment.

Specialty: I inspire people to live passionate lives, finding their magic, pursuing their calling, playing full out, and creating wonderful relationships. Some areas I focus on are personal coaching with people in the sports world; family and relationships; and performance.
Personal:  Billy has been described in two words as "teacher daddy." He loves time with his wife Paula, their baby, Andrew, and his 8 year-old, Michael. He is an enthusiastic teacher at the University of Alberta, public speaker, workshop leader for community sports coaches and various organizations, and he enjoys many sports and activities such as basketball, soccer, cycling, and yoga.
